As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard procedure for getting equipment repaired. Concerns he set out to address were customers needing to sort out the logistics of transporting their own items to a store for fixing, lengthy wait times and unfair price markups being transferred to customers.
