As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical process for having equipment fixed. Concerns he set out to solve included customers needing to figure out the logistics of bringing their own items to a store for repair, long turnaround times and unfair price markups being transferred to customers.
