As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical process for getting equipment fixed. Pain points he set out to solve were customers needing to figure out the logistics of bringing their own items to a store for fixing, long turnaround times and sky-high price escalations being transferred to customers.
