As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard procedure for having equipment fixed. Pain points he aimed to solve included customers having to figure out the logistics of bringing their own items to a store for repair, long turnaround times and unfair price markups being put upon customers. Ryan decided it was time for a rebellion. So, he established his own mobile repair company for items spanning from lawn tractors to golf carts to yard maintenance implements like chainsaws.
