As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical procedure for having equipment fixed. Concerns he aimed to solve included customers having to sort out the details of transporting their own equipment to a shop for repair, long turnaround times and unfair price markups being put upon customers. Ryan felt it was time for a rebellion. So, he created his own mobile repair company for items spanning from lawn tractors to golf carts to yard maintenance tools such as chainsaws.
