As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the typical procedure for getting equipment repaired. Pain points he set out to solve were customers needing to figure out the logistics of bringing their own equipment to a store for fixing, long turnaround times and unfair price escalations being transferred to customers.
