As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard procedure for getting equipment fixed. Pain points he set out to address included customers having to sort out the logistics of transporting their own items to a shop for fixing, long wait times and unfair price markups being put upon customers.
