As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard process for getting equipment repaired. Concerns he aimed to solve were customers having to figure out the details of bringing their own items to a store for repair, lengthy turnaround times and sky-high price markups being transferred to customers.
