As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical procedure for getting equipment repaired. Pain points he set out to solve included customers needing to sort out the details of bringing their own equipment to a shop for fixing, long turnaround times and unfair price markups being put upon customers.
