As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard process for getting equipment fixed. Pain points he aimed to address included customers needing to figure out the logistics of bringing their own equipment to a shop for repair, lengthy wait times and unfair price escalations being transferred to customers. Ryan felt it was high time for a rebellion.
