As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical procedure for having equipment repaired. Pain points he set out to address included customers needing to sort out the logistics of transporting their own equipment to a store for fixing, long turnaround times and unfair price escalations being put upon customers.
