As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard process for getting equipment fixed. Concerns he set out to address were customers having to sort out the logistics of bringing their own equipment to a shop for fixing, long turnaround times and sky-high price markups being transferred to customers. Ryan decided it was time for a rebellion. So, he started his own mobile repair service for equipment spanning from lawn mowers to golf carts to handheld maintenance implements such as chainsaws.
