As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the typical process for getting equipment fixed. Pain points he set out to solve were customers needing to figure out the details of transporting their own items to a store for fixing, long wait times and sky-high price markups being transferred to customers.
