As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical procedure for having equipment fixed. Pain points he aimed to address were customers having to sort out the details of transporting their own items to a store for fixing, long wait times and unfair price markups being put upon customers. Ryan felt it was time for resistance. So, he established his own mobile repair company for items spanning from lawn mowers to ATVs to handheld maintenance implements such as chainsaws.
