As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard process for having equipment fixed. Concerns he set out to solve included customers needing to sort out the logistics of transporting their own items to a shop for fixing, long turnaround times and sky-high price markups being put upon customers.
