As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical process for having equipment repaired. Pain points he aimed to address were customers needing to sort out the details of transporting their own items to a shop for fixing, lengthy wait times and sky-high price escalations being put upon customers.
