As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical process for having equipment repaired. Concerns he set out to address were customers needing to figure out the logistics of transporting their own equipment to a store for repair, long wait times and sky-high price escalations being transferred to customers.
