As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard procedure for getting equipment repaired. Concerns he set out to address included customers having to sort out the logistics of transporting their own equipment to a store for fixing, lengthy wait times and sky-high price escalations being put upon customers.
