As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard process for getting equipment fixed. Concerns he aimed to address included customers needing to figure out the logistics of transporting their own equipment to a store for repair, long turnaround times and sky-high price escalations being put upon customers. Ryan decided it was high time for a rebellion. So, he started his own mobile repair company for equipment ranging from lawn mowers to ATVs to handheld maintenance implements such as chainsaws.
