As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard process for getting equipment fixed. Concerns he aimed to solve were customers having to sort out the details of bringing their own equipment to a shop for repair, lengthy wait times and sky-high price markups being put upon customers.
