As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard process for having equipment repaired. Pain points he aimed to address included customers needing to sort out the details of bringing their own equipment to a shop for fixing, lengthy turnaround times and unfair price escalations being put upon customers.
