As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard procedure for getting equipment fixed. Pain points he set out to solve were customers having to figure out the logistics of transporting their own equipment to a store for fixing, lengthy turnaround times and unfair price markups being transferred to customers. Ryan decided it was high time for resistance. So, he started his own mobile repair company for equipment ranging from lawn mowers to ATVs to yard maintenance tools such as leaf blowers.
