As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical process for getting equipment fixed. Pain points he set out to address were customers needing to sort out the details of bringing their own items to a shop for fixing, long turnaround times and unfair price markups being put upon customers.
