As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard procedure for having equipment fixed. Concerns he set out to solve included customers having to sort out the logistics of transporting their own items to a shop for repair, lengthy turnaround times and sky-high price markups being transferred to customers.
