As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard procedure for getting equipment fixed. Pain points he set out to address included customers needing to figure out the logistics of bringing their own items to a shop for repair, lengthy wait times and unfair price markups being transferred to customers.
