As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard procedure for having equipment repaired. Concerns he set out to solve included customers having to figure out the details of bringing their own items to a shop for repair, long wait times and unfair price escalations being put upon customers.
