As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard procedure for having equipment fixed. Concerns he set out to solve included customers having to figure out the details of transporting their own equipment to a store for fixing, long wait times and unfair price markups being transferred to customers. Ryan decided it was high time for resistance.
