As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard procedure for having equipment repaired. Concerns he set out to solve were customers needing to figure out the logistics of transporting their own equipment to a store for fixing, lengthy turnaround times and sky-high price markups being transferred to customers.
