As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical procedure for getting equipment fixed. Pain points he set out to solve were customers needing to figure out the details of bringing their own equipment to a shop for repair, long turnaround times and sky-high price markups being transferred to customers.
