As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard process for having equipment fixed. Pain points he aimed to address were customers having to sort out the details of bringing their own items to a shop for repair, long wait times and unfair price markups being transferred to customers. Ryan decided it was time for a rebellion. So, he started his own mobile repair service for equipment ranging from lawn mowers to ATVs to yard maintenance implements like chainsaws.
