As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard procedure for having equipment fixed. Concerns he aimed to solve were customers having to sort out the details of bringing their own equipment to a store for repair, long turnaround times and unfair price markups being put upon customers. Ryan decided it was high time for a rebellion.
