As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical process for having equipment repaired. Pain points he set out to solve included customers needing to sort out the details of transporting their own equipment to a shop for fixing, long wait times and unfair price markups being transferred to customers. Ryan felt it was high time for a rebellion. So, he established his own mobile repair company for items ranging from lawn tractors to golf carts to handheld maintenance tools such as chainsaws.
