As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard procedure for having equipment repaired. Concerns he set out to address were customers having to sort out the details of bringing their own equipment to a store for repair, lengthy wait times and unfair price markups being put upon customers.
