As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the typical process for having equipment repaired. Concerns he set out to address were customers having to figure out the logistics of bringing their own equipment to a shop for repair, lengthy wait times and unfair price escalations being put upon customers.
