As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard procedure for getting equipment repaired. Pain points he aimed to address included customers needing to sort out the logistics of bringing their own items to a shop for repair, long turnaround times and unfair price markups being put upon customers.
