As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the typical procedure for having equipment repaired. Pain points he aimed to address included customers having to figure out the logistics of transporting their own equipment to a shop for repair, lengthy wait times and sky-high price markups being put upon customers.
