As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard procedure for getting equipment fixed. Concerns he set out to solve were customers needing to sort out the logistics of bringing their own equipment to a shop for repair, lengthy turnaround times and unfair price escalations being transferred to customers.
