As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard process for having equipment fixed. Concerns he set out to address were customers needing to sort out the details of transporting their own equipment to a shop for repair, long wait times and sky-high price markups being put upon customers.
