As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the typical process for having equipment repaired. Pain points he set out to address were customers having to sort out the logistics of bringing their own items to a store for fixing, lengthy turnaround times and sky-high price escalations being transferred to customers. Ryan decided it was time for resistance. So, he started his own mobile repair service for equipment ranging from lawn mowers to ATVs to handheld maintenance tools like leaf blowers.
