As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard procedure for getting equipment repaired. Concerns he set out to solve were customers having to figure out the logistics of transporting their own items to a shop for fixing, lengthy turnaround times and unfair price escalations being transferred to customers.
