As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard procedure for having equipment fixed. Pain points he aimed to address included customers having to figure out the details of bringing their own equipment to a store for repair, lengthy wait times and unfair price markups being transferred to customers.
