As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard procedure for having equipment fixed. Concerns he set out to address included customers needing to figure out the logistics of transporting their own items to a shop for fixing, long wait times and unfair price markups being transferred to customers.
