As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard procedure for having equipment repaired. Concerns he aimed to solve included customers needing to sort out the logistics of bringing their own items to a shop for repair, long turnaround times and sky-high price escalations being put upon customers.
