As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical process for having equipment fixed. Concerns he set out to solve included customers having to figure out the details of transporting their own equipment to a shop for repair, lengthy turnaround times and unfair price escalations being put upon customers.
