As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the typical process for having equipment fixed. Concerns he aimed to address were customers having to figure out the logistics of transporting their own items to a shop for repair, long turnaround times and unfair price escalations being put upon customers.
