As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard process for getting equipment repaired. Pain points he set out to solve included customers having to figure out the details of bringing their own equipment to a shop for repair, long wait times and unfair price markups being transferred to customers.
