As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the typical process for having equipment repaired. Concerns he set out to solve included customers needing to sort out the logistics of bringing their own items to a shop for repair, lengthy turnaround times and unfair price escalations being transferred to customers.
