As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard process for having equipment fixed. Concerns he set out to address were customers needing to figure out the details of transporting their own equipment to a shop for fixing, lengthy wait times and unfair price markups being put upon customers.
