As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard procedure for having equipment fixed. Pain points he aimed to solve included customers having to figure out the details of transporting their own equipment to a store for repair, lengthy wait times and unfair price escalations being transferred to customers.
