As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard process for having equipment fixed. Concerns he aimed to solve were customers needing to sort out the logistics of transporting their own equipment to a store for fixing, long turnaround times and sky-high price markups being put upon customers.
